  • Level 5 TASN-certified — committed to advancing school nutrition standards across Texas
  • Master’s degree in Education with a specialty in Business Management from Houston Christian University
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Management, with a strong foundation in leadership, operations, human resources, and organizational development
  • Certified bilingual Texas Educator — passionate advocate for Spanish-speaking cafeteria teams
  • Specialized background in teaching and designing online learning courses
  • Created NutriLearn to deliver 100% free, bilingual courses aligned with USDA Professional Standards and supporting TASN certification goals
